Pacific Coast Automation, Inc. (“PCA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at 513 Glass Lane, Suite 1B, Modesto, CA 95356, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of information processed through our software applications, integrations, and digital services (collectively, the “Applications”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with the Applications.
PCA’s Applications are professional tools used by authorized PCA personnel, contractors, and clients in connection with industrial automation, controls integration, and business operations. They are not consumer-facing products intended for the general public.

- Business and Operational Data: Project records, financial data, vendor and customer information, purchase orders, invoices, and other business records necessary to perform authorized functions
- Authentication Credentials: OAuth tokens, API keys, and session credentials required to authenticate with integrated third-party platforms on behalf of PCA or authorized users
- User Account Information: Names, email addresses, and role information for authorized users of the Applications
- Usage and System Logs: Technical logs recording Application activity, errors, and access events for security monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance purposes
- Device and Connection Data: IP addresses, browser or client information, and connection metadata collected automatically during Application use
2. How We Use This Information
Information collected through the Applications is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Performing authorized business functions including project management, financial operations, procurement, and reporting
- Authenticating and maintaining secure connections to integrated third-party platforms and services
- Monitoring Application performance, diagnosing errors, and improving reliability
- Maintaining security, detecting unauthorized access, and protecting against fraud or misuse
- Complying with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes unrelated to PCA’s business operations.
3. Third-Party Integrations
Our Applications may connect to third-party platforms and services including, but not limited to, accounting and financial software, ERP systems, cloud storage, and business productivity tools. When our Applications interact with these services, data may be transmitted to and processed by those third-party providers in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service.
PCA is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage authorized users to review the privacy policies of any third-party platforms connected to PCA’s Applications. PCA’s integration with third-party platforms is governed by each provider’s developer and partner agreements.
4. Data Storage and Security
PCA implements reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through our Applications, including:
- Encrypted data transmission using TLS/HTTPS protocols
- Access controls limiting Application use to authorized personnel only
- Token-based authentication with expiration and revocation controls
- Hosting on secured infrastructure with access logging and monitoring
- Regular review of security practices and system configurations
While PCA takes security seriously, no system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security incident affecting information within our Applications, PCA will take prompt action to investigate, contain, and remediate the incident, and will notify affected parties as required by applicable law.
5. Data Retention
PCA retains information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law or legitimate business need. Authentication tokens and session credentials are retained only for the duration of active sessions and are revoked upon logout or deauthorization. Business and operational data may be retained in accordance with PCA’s standard record-keeping practices.

Authorized users who wish to review, correct, update, or request deletion of their information in connection with PCA’s Applications should contact PCA directly using the information provided below. PCA will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law.
7. Children’s Privacy
PCA’s Applications are professional business tools intended solely for authorized adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has accessed our Applications without authorization, please contact us immediately.
8. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable California privacy laws. As PCA’s Applications primarily process business-to-business operational data rather than consumer personal information, CCPA applicability may be limited. Nonetheless, California residents with questions about their privacy rights may contact PCA using the information below, and we will respond in accordance with applicable requirements.
